Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited executives appointed as Joint Liquidators of Mount Capital Funds

Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited has announced that Hadley Chilton and John Greenwood were appointed Joint Liquidators of Mount Capital Asset Subsidiary Limited and Mount Capital Fund Limited, by Orders of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court High Court of Justice British Virgin Islands, dated 22 September 2009. 

John Greenwood says; "The two mutual funds are registered in the British Virgin Islands and constitute a structure invested principally with Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC.  We are making our initial enquiries into the matters surrounding the two companies and we are looking to open lines of communication with investors, creditors and service providers.  Our overriding remit is to take possession of, protect and realise the assets of these funds."
